We're going to need to put a shit-ton of these cards from Avacyn Restored into the Essentials. A new Time Walk, a new Wheel of Fortune, a new Wrath that's great, Avacyn the Broken. Griselbrand the Next in Line, and many others. Holy Crap! And that's in addition to some solid choices from Dark A that haven't been discussed, such as Increasing Ambition.

I don't think Killing Wave should go in. It's a very situational card and I think that the Essentials already handle mass killing a lot better. Another card to look at is Restoration Angel. She's good, really good.

Do either of you gents have an excel copy of the essentials? Doesn't matter how old. I had a huge computer crash and lost it. I'd rather not have to rebuild all the formulas and such.

Not me. It was just a really old drive and fatally died. It was a sad day. I recovered nearly everything though, so that was a happy day.
